Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Whole Word Hub in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Service Description
Whole Word Hub (WWH) is a church management and ministry outreach platform for members of The Godhouse Centre, providing:
- Daily check-in and outreach activity tracking
- Discipleship progress and custom task management
- Convert follow-up pipeline and member directory
- Group performance dashboards and downloadable reports
- In-app messaging and role-based administrative tools
Eligibility
- Must be at least 13 years of age (under 18 requires parental consent)
- Must be an active or prospective member of The Godhouse Centre
- Must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Must comply with all applicable laws
User Accounts
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Choose a strong unique password, never share credentials, and immediately notify support@wholewordtv.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from platform profile settings.
Google Sign-In
By using Google Sign-In you also agree to Google's Terms and Privacy Policy. We request only name, email, and profile picture. You may disconnect at any time via Google Account settings.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the platform for commercial, political, or non-ministry purposes
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through messaging
- Submit false outreach records or fabricate convert information
- Attempt to access data or systems beyond your authorised role
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
- Attempt SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or any attack against the platform
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication controls, or Row-Level Security policies
- Share or publish confidential member data obtained from the platform
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant The Godhouse Centre a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely for platform operation. You are responsible for accuracy and legality.
Roles and Access Levels
You agree to: only access features permitted by your assigned role, not attempt to escalate permissions without authorisation, exercise administrative permissions responsibly, and report any accidental access beyond your permission level.
Intellectual Property
The Whole Word Hub application, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of The Godhouse Centre. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written authorisation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may terminate at any time via platform settings. Upon termination, access immediately ceases.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The platform is a management tool only and does not constitute pastoral counselling or legal church membership.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Godhouse Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Users in the UK and US acknowledge applicable local law may also apply. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration or appropriate courts.
Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
