Purpose
Whole Word Hub exists to serve the ministry of The Godhouse Centre — to track outreach, build discipleship, and strengthen community. Every feature is designed with this purpose in mind.
These Terms of Use describe expected day-to-day behaviour on the platform. They complement, and do not replace, the full Terms of Service.
Who Can Use the Platform
- Active members of The Godhouse Centre registered to a specific centre and group
- Officially appointed leaders, follow-up team members, ministers, pastors, and administrators
- New registrants awaiting admin approval (limited access until approved)
Account access is non-transferable. You may not share your credentials.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
- Logging daily outreach honestly
- Adding genuine convert records
- Messaging members for ministry
- Completing discipleship tasks
- Viewing your performance & badges
- Using admin tools within your role
- Sharing the app invite link
- Reporting bugs to support
- Fabricating outreach or convert records
- Inflating scores or badges
- Accessing others' private data
- Escalating permissions without auth
- Mass-exporting member data
- Commercial use of the platform
- Harassment in messaging
- Hacking, injection, or exploits
Community Standards
All interactions — messages, outreach notes, convert records — must be:
- Truthful — only record activities and conversations that actually occurred
- Respectful — treat all members with dignity regardless of role
- Appropriate — keep communications spiritually and professionally appropriate
- Confidential — do not share private member data or messages externally
Content that is abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, politically divisive, or contrary to Christian values is strictly prohibited.
Check-In and Activity Integrity
You agree that every task marked complete was genuinely completed, all records are accurate, and you will not submit multiple check-ins to exploit scoring systems. The system enforces a maximum of 5 check-ins per 10-minute window. All scores are computed server-side. Circumventing these controls is a serious violation.
In-App Messaging
Use messaging only for ministry-related, professional, or spiritual communication. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages. The system enforces a maximum of 20 messages per 10-minute window. Messages may be reviewed by administrators in cases of reported misconduct.
Your Responsibility for Data
- Do not screenshot, export, or share member data externally without authorisation
- Convert follow-up information must be treated with pastoral care and confidentiality
- Group performance data is for internal ministry use only
Administrative Use
If you hold a leadership role, use administrative tools only for their intended ministry purposes, in line with your centre's pastoral leadership, and with due care — all role changes, transfers, and deletions are logged. Misuse may result in removal of elevated access and referral to senior pastoral leadership.
Device and PWA Use
When using the installed PWA, secure your device to prevent unauthorised access. Enable device-level lock screen protection. Log out if your device may be accessed by others. Report any lost or stolen device to an administrator immediately.
Consequences of Misuse
Violations may result in:
- A formal warning from your group leader or centre pastor
- Temporary suspension of account access
- Reduction of role or removal of administrative privileges
- Permanent deletion of account and all associated data
- Referral to senior pastoral leadership or, for illegal activity, law enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of these steps at our sole discretion, with or without prior warning, for serious violations.
Reporting Misuse
If you observe a violation — harassment, fabricated records, or suspicious activity — please report it to your group leader, centre pastor, or directly to us. All reports are treated confidentially.
